Matrixyl peptides are pure signals: they mimic collagen-breakdown fragments to tell fibroblasts “make more collagen.” GHK-Cu does some signalling too, but its signature is being a carrier — ferrying copper, a trace element that skin-repair enzymes depend on, while also supporting tissue remodelling and renewal.
