How they differ — and why it barely matters yet

On paper, BPC-157 leans toward local tissue and gut repair, while TB-500 leans toward cell migration and systemic repair signalling. But that distinction comes from animal and lab work. Without rigorous human trials, ranking them for real-world “recovery” is guesswork — and grey-market vials add a second problem: you often can’t be sure what’s even in them.

The shared reality

Neither BPC-157 nor TB-500 is an approved medicine. Both are sold as “research chemicals” labelled “not for human use,” the label used to sidestep drug regulation, and both are banned in sport by WADA. Because they’re unregulated, purity, dose, sterility and identity are unverified. “Stacking” them — commonly marketed — just doubles the uncertainty.
